Failed Delivery & RTO

When delivery fails

A parcel can be undelivered because of an incomplete address, a courier service restriction, inability to reach the recipient, recipient absence or refusal. RTO means Return to Origin: the courier is sending the parcel back.

What to do

Follow genuine courier delivery instructions and contact kingdomain.shop@gmail.com with your order number and corrected delivery details. Do not share payment OTPs or pay an unverified redelivery link. A delivery reattempt depends on the courier stage and serviceability and cannot be guaranteed once a parcel is returning.

Returned parcels

We will review the reason for return, the parcel’s condition, your payment status and your rights before proposing redelivery, cancellation, refund or another appropriate resolution. Do not assume an RTO automatically completes a refund or cancellation. Any lawful, customer-payable redelivery charge will be explained and agreed before a new shipment; no automatic penalty is introduced here. A verified defect, misdescription or fulfillment error is handled under the refund policy.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights, including remedies for defective, wrong, misdescribed or qualifying late-delivered goods. Any mandatory rights in your jurisdiction take precedence.
