Estimated delivery
Our estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from placing your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production, holidays, weather, courier disruptions and delivery-location availability may affect the timeline.
Qikink is our planned production and fulfillment partner. We do not currently promise dispatch within 24–48 hours.
Tracking and delivery assistance
For tracking assistance, delays, or a shipment marked delivered that you have not received, email kingdomain.shop@gmail.com with your order ID. Check with household members and the delivery location, then contact us promptly so the shipment can be investigated.
